What I ate today

6:00 am (caffeine)

  • 1 Iced Grande Starbucks Skinny Caramel Machiatto (with coconut milk)

8:30 am (Breakfast)

  • 2 Trader joe’s corn tortillas
  • 2 servings of egg whites
  • 1 large egg
  • 14 g lite 3 cheese blend
  • 1 serving of soyrizo
  • 1 mandarin

10:00 am (Snack)

  • Fuji apple

12:30 pm (Lunch)

  • 2 chicken drumsticks
  • brushetta + feta + greek feta dressing
  • steamed green beans
  • 1 serving of Trader Joe’s Sweet Potato fries
  • 2 Trader Joe’s Mini Mint Ice Cream Mouthfuls

4:00 pm (Pre-workout)

  • banana + strawberry + mandarin + almond milk + splash of apple juice smoothie (shared w/Emma)
  • 1/8 slice of homemade banana nut bread
  • 1/2 can of Trader Joe’s Matcha Green Tea

(HIIT TRAINING: SPEED WORKOUT – 5×600 meter sprints)

8:00 pm (Late dinner aka macro cap)

  • 1/2 serving of Trader Joe’s Carnitas
  • 1/2 cup of cooked white rice
  • pico de gallo salad (no onions, used bell peppers & cucumbers instead)
  • few swigs of hubby’s 805 beer
